Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Please note that we cannot accept returns on deodorants that have been opened, used, or tampered with, even if only partially. This is in accordance with health and safety regulations for personal care items.
To request a return, please contact us at: Hello@Freedomonearth.uk with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
